Could he lead quickaround?
Pete Carroll is an all-time great NFL coach and he is greatly respected.
So, his return to the sideline this year with the Las Vegas Raiders, after taking last year off after a 14-year, Super Bowl-winning run with the Seattle Seahawks, is being noticed everywhere, including in the sports betting community.
Another coach taking over a new program, Ben Johnson of the Chicago Bears, is the early betting favorite to win the award as he’s priced at 7-1. Carroll is tied with new New Orleans Saints coach Kellen Moore at 14-1 for the sixth lowest (best) odds to win the award.
Carroll has promised the Raiders’ goal is to win immediately. So, if he can turn around the tema that went 4-13 in 2024, he could be a good bet to win this award.
