Raiders’ receivers were reliable with their hands in 2023
The Las Vegas Raiders’ offense was uneven had it had its problems in 2023, bur their pass catchers did do well in one important area — they kept their hands on the ball.
According to NFL analyst Dov Kleiman, Raiders’ receivers dropped just 21 passes during the 2023 regular season. It was the seventh lowest amount in the league.

If the Raiders’ receivers can keep this good trend up, it could help free-agent addition Gardner Minshew if he beats put incumbent Aidan O’Connell for the starting job. Minshew started 13 games for the Indianapolis Colts. They had 32 dropped balls, the sixth most in the league.
Of course, teams can overcome such things. The team that led the league in droops hoisted the Lombardi Trophy.
