Raiders win over Washington is memorable
As we move away from the Super Bowl season, time will tell fi Sunday’s game between the Kansas City Chief and Philadelphia Eagles will be remembered for the long-term.
Everybody has certain Super Bowl memories for various reasons.
Fans of the Raiders certainly have memories of their three Super Bowls.
But it seems not all general NFL fan remembers very Raiders’ Super Bowl.
In a recent study by the Action Network, a survey showed that the Raiders Super Bowl win over Washington in January, 1984 in Super Bowl XVIII was the least memorable Super Bowl ever.
My reaction?
Get a better memory, folks.
The Raiders’ 38-9 win over Washington was extremely memorable.
There were countless memorable palsy from Marcus Allen’s run to Jack Squirek’s Pick Six to Derrick Jensen’s block punt for a touchd1own to Jim Plunkett to Cliff Branch. That game had it all.
Get better remembering greatness, folks.
