Could safety Tre’von Moehrig be on the move?
Teams can start agreeing to terms with free agents from other teams in 17 days.
This year, unlike many recent offseasons, the Las Vegas Raiders have several potential free agents who may receive significant interest on the open market, especially on the defensive side of the ball.
One of those players is safety Tre’von Moehrig. The 2021 second-round pick will likely receiver interest from the Raiders, but he may opt to see what type of offers he can receive on the open market.
Sports Illustrated recently speculated that Moehrig could attract big interest and could be a good fit for the San Francisco 49ers. With a recent history of winning and several star players, perhaps Moehrig will be interested in going to the Bay Area.
So, perhaps the Raiders will have real competition for Moehrig’s services.
