The Raiders are still one of the best organizations in the NFL. That has not changed despite not having won a playoff game in over two decades. It’s still a place where players want to play because of the standard that has been set by the Davis family.
The NFL Player’s Association released their annual franchise grades on Tuesday and the Raiders graded out extremely well. They finished with the third-highest score, receiving fantastic marks when it came to their facility. Here is the breakdown of their grades:
The Raiders did not receive a grade worse than “B” for any single category and received several A+ grades. Their weight room and locker room were ranked as the best in the NFL and that is no surprise given how much time and money Mark Davis has invested into the new facilities.
The only knock on the Raiders was head coach Josh McDaniels, who was named the worst coach in the NFL during the 2023 season. But in terms of the actual facility and the culture in Las Vegas, the Raiders are still among the best in the NFL.
