Dallas could be open to trading defensive star
It’s now the offseason and the next couple of months will be filled with rumors as teams try to improve for the 2025 NFL season.
Expect many rumors to involve the Las Vegas Raiders who are desperate to improve upon a rotten 2204 season.
There will be names of veteran flying as possible players on the move and there has been speculation for weeks one of those players could be star linebacker Micah Parson. The word is the Dallas Cowboy could decide to trade Parsons instead of giving him a huge new contract although Dallas owner Jerry Jones has denied it’s a possibility for what it’s worth.
Parsons is an elite player and he is a game changer. There would be no shortage of teams interested in him if the Cowboys do, indeed, shop him. He will be 26 in May and he is entering his prime.
He would be a great addition to a Raiders’ defense that already features Maxx Crosby and Christian Wilkins. The Raiders are flush with salary-cap room and could easily afford anew deal for Parsons.
But, of course, it would take a lot to get Parsons and the Raiders have other needs.
Do you think a Parsons’ pursuit would make sense for the Raiders?
