The Raiders are doing a complete house cleaning this offseason. Following a disappointing 4-13 season, they have fired GM Tom Telesco.

This move is a bit of a surprise. Telesco was just hired last offseason and, unlike some GM/HC hires, was not tied to Antonio Pierce who was also fired after one season.
Telesco is credited with some of the solid additions such as free agent Christian Wilkins and draft picks TE Brock Bowers, G/C Jackson Powers-Johnson, and T DJ Glaze.
But he failed to land a quarterback last offseason, which ultimately caused the Raiders to have a lost season which included a 10-game losing streak.
The Raiders are scheduled to hold their first virtual head coach interview on Friday with Lions OC Ben Johnson. They will do so without a GM in place and therefore the ability to let their next head coach potentially have some say in who that will be.
