It’s been less than a week since the Raiders parted ways with Tom Telesco who held the General Manager position for just one year in Las Vegas. The thinking is that the a potential head coach would find the job more attractive if he could have some say in who the GM will be.
Well, we have our first candidate for the job. He is Packers VP of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan.
The #Raiders have begun submitting slips for their vacant GM job, and #Packers VP of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan has received a request to interview, source said.

Sullivan has been with the Packers for two decades. He began in 2004 as their National Football scouting representative. From 2008-15 he was an area scout. Then he was named Director of College Scouting in 2016. In 2018 he was named Co-director of player personnel before assuming his current position in 2022.
The Packers have been a playoff team in all but one season since 2019, including the past two seasons with Jordan Love at QB. The Raiders would certainly like to tap into that.
