The College Football Hall of Fame class of 2025 has been announced. In total there were 18 former players named to this year’s class. Among them are a couple Raiders legends.
S Michael Huff
Huff was a superstar safety at Texas and became the first defensive back selected in the 2006 NFL Draft at seven overall by the Raiders.
He would spend the first seven years of his career with the Raiders, collecting 11 interceptions and 53 pass breakups. His most famous interception came in 2011 in Houston, when he picked off Matt Schaub in the end zone to preserve the Raiders win in their first game since the death of Al Davis.

He was the second DT selected in the 2002 draft out of Tennessee at nine overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He would spend eight years in Jacksonville before spending the final two years of his career with the Raiders, retiring after the 2011 season.
