The 49ers weren’t only one of the NFL’s best teams on the field in 2023, they were also one of the best organizations off the field according to a survey from the NFL Players Association. San Francisco landed at No. 6 overall according to the results released by the NFLPA.
Perhaps the best news for the team’s long-term success is that head coach Kyle Shanahan and team CEO Jed York were both given strong grades from 49ers players.
Having that strong foundation provides optimism that the team will be able to handle the ebbs and flows that come with maintaining a championship window in the NFL. Without strong leadership things can fall apart quickly, but leadership in Santa Clara for now is still highly-rated.
