Niners star edge rusher Nick Bosa is embracing the challenge of facing the Chiefs in the Super Bowl again.
After coming up just short against Kansas City in his rookie season, the All-Pro DE is excited about the prospect of a rematch; calling it “perfect” that San Francisco gets to see them on the game’s biggest stage.
“It’s perfect,” Bosa told 49ers Webzone. “And they’re as great as an organization, coach, quarterback as there is. And they were down, not looking great this year either, and they’re playing their best ball now, so it’s going to be a big challenge.”

This year’s matchup will be a bit different than year’s past. The 49ers offense is a bit more dynamic and the Chiefs’ defense is perhaps the best they’ve had during the Mahomes era.
Either way it’s shaping up to be an excellent game between arguably the NFL’s best roster against the league’s best coach and quarterback.
We’ll find out which wins out Feb. 11 at Allegiant Stadium.
