49ers Sign an Offensive Lineman and Linebacker to the Practice Squad and Other Moves Ahead of Week 16

The 49ers have signed OL Austen Pleasants and LB Chandler Wooten to the team’s practice squad, placed TE Mason Pline on the Practice Squad Injured Reserve list and waived CB Ambry Thomas from the Injured Reserve list.
