Christian McCaffrey’s status for Monday night’s game vs. the Vikings reportedly remains up in the air.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Niners star who was a limited participant in practice today is listed as questionable for San Francisco’s Week 7 clash in Minnesota. Additionally, All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams is “doubtful” as he deals with his ankle injury.

McCaffrey left last week’s game with oblique and ribs injuries. Since then he didn’t practice at all but it has to be nice for 49ers fans that there’s hope he could be back for the team’s upcoming primetime matchup.
The two-time Pro Bowler has been balling this year and has even worked his way into some MVP conversations. In six games, CMC has toted the rock 110 times for 553 yards and nine total touchdowns.
The Niners suffered their first loss of the season Sunday against the Browns. They’ll be looking to bounce back in a big way with a standalone audience on Monday night.
