GRIZZLIES PRACTICE
Taylor Jenkins: Steven Adams is still day-to-day as he’s not cleared from health and safety protocols. (Barnes)
Taylor Jenkins said Desmond Bane is dealing with some general soreness that crept up during the game. He said Bane is doing alright and feeling a little sore like most of the players. (Damichael Cole)
Notes from Coach Jenkins press conference:
-can live with the Warriors taking tough shots, but not the easy ones: 2nd chance pts and fast break pts
-Desmond Bane dealt with soreness that crept up in Game 1
-bench didn’t get stops and couldn’t find their pace

On the Grizzlies: “The obvious thing to notice is how tough minded they are. … We have a lot of respect for this team. They’re a young, up-and-coming team. Great athleticism.” (Letourneau)

Draymond Green ended his availability shouting out Young Dolph and Memphis rap music. The Warriors played three Dolph songs during practice and Green said it’s by design to play local music on a trip. DILLON BROOKS AT SHOOTAROUND
Dillon Brooks said priority No. 1 for him is guarding Stephen Curry, even if Jordan Poole gets hot again. He said the Grizzlies will need another player to slow down Poole. (Damichael Cole)

Kerr: “This will be the most physical game we’ve played all year.” (CJ Holmes)

Klay Thompson said facing the Grizzlies in 2015 was physical and it’s helpful now because you “rely on that intuition” and also reflect on “what it took to earn those moments” (moments being champions) like facing those Grizzlies teams. (Barnes)
