Stephen Curry said that he wants to own an NBA team after he retires from the league.
“For me, that’s definitely on the table. I think I could do a pretty good job of helping sustain how great the the NBA is right now and what it takes to run a championship organization,” Curry told CNBC.
Curry recently signed a contract extension with the Warriors that will expire when he turns 39 years old. Curry added that he’s learning first-hand about how to treat players from the Warriors.
“The investment that it takes to create that first-class experience so we feel taken care of allows us to hoop at a high level,” added Curry.
