Kyle Anderson and the Golden State Warriors have agreed to a three-year, $27 million sign-and-trade. The Warriors are sending a future second round pick swap and cash to the Minnesota Timberwolves as part of the deal. The Warriors will use the Traded Pick Exception from their trade of Klay Thompson to the Dallas Mavericks to acquire Anderson.
Anderson spent the past two seasons with the Wolves on a two-year, $18 million deal. Anderson was previously on a four-year, $37.2 million deal with the Memphis Grizzlies.
In 79 games last season, Anderson averaged 6.4 points, 3.5 points and 4.2 assists in 22.6 minutes.
Anderson is represented by Thaddeus Foucher.
