Jimmy Butler exited Game 2 of the Golden State Warriors’ first round series against the Houston Rockets in the first half with a pelvic contusion. Butler landed hard on the floor after a collision with Amen Thompson.
Butler initially stayed in the game, but soon was subbed out and headed to the locker room.
Butler will undergo an MRI on Thursday.
The Warriors and Rockets will not play Game 3 until Saturday in San Francisco.
