Draymond Green knows he’s on the back nine of his playing career.
Green is already 34 and has won four NBA titles with the Golden State Warriors during his career. With that in mind, he recently revealed that he only has a couple of more years left in him.
“I’m heading into year 13. I probably got two more,” Green said.

Green has spent his entire 12-season career with the Warriors and finished this past season averaging 8.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, and six assists per game. His best individual season came in 2015-16 when he averaged 14 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game.
He’s also been great along the glass and is a strong presence down low on offense for the Warriors.
Green will be hoping for one more deep playoff run with the Warriors after losing in the play-in tournament to the Sacramento Kings earlier this year. They went 46-36 during the regular season.
The Warriors will have to do it without the services of Klay Thompson since he’s now on the Dallas Mavericks. He was a key cog in winning multiple championships and will now be on a top contender.
The 2024-25 NBA season will start in October.
