The Oakland Athletics will make the final stop on their road trip Friday night when they begin a three-game series against the Baltimore Orioles. The A’s were swept in Cleveland to start the trip, but split a four-game series Yankees. Ross Stripling will get the start for Oakland Friday night, but will have their work cut out for them against Baltimore starter Corbin Burnes.
Darell Hernaiz is in Friday’s lineup at shortstop against his former club and will be hitting seventh. Max Schuemann gets the start at second in place of Zack Gelof and is batting ninth.

The Orioles made news Friday when they demoted top prospect Jackson Holliday back to Triple A. Gunnar Henderson has been red hot out of the leadoff spot. Ryan Mountcastle is in the lineup at first base and will be hitting fifth.
